General Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of the arrangements shown on and associated other websites by SOCIETA’ EXPIRIT SRL whose registered office is in via Borghi 50, 62100 Macerata (Italy), registered with the Trade and Companies Registry (Camera di Commercio di Macerata 01/06/2017) under tax code IVA IT01944380433. In all aspects of sales concerning the distribution of a travel package under European directive 90/314/CEE, implemented in our legal system with Legislative Decree n. 111/95, subsequently amended and updated with legislative actions outlines in the Consumer Code, section III, art. 82-100 (decree 206/2005), SOCIETA’ EXPIRIT SRL exclusively entrusts the sale of the aforementioned travel packages, to GEOSFERA VIAGGI DI GLOBE INSIDE SRL, whose license has been issued by Municipality of Castelfidardo (AN) at date 14/04/2015.

We invite you to read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly and in full before submitting your order, as the following is only a synthesis of the main clauses.

PRODUCTS OFFERED (“Products”): Marche Wellbeing sells vouchers to receive travel and leisure services, organized by EXPIRIT SRL.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES: the description of our products can be found in the “Experiences” and “Packages” pages on this website. Prices are in euros and include all taxes (IVA).

PURCHASE PROCESS: to place an order for one or more products, you will first need to fill out the Online Form (to be considered as a contract proposal) and submit it to Marche Wellbeing. By submitting your web order, you declare that (a) you have read in full and have understood the “product description” and (b) you unconditionally accept the General Terms & Conditions (where applicable) and the Terms of Sale (Terms of Service). We recommend you thoroughly read the cancellation and non-show policy before proceeding to your reservation. You will need to meet at the place and time previously agreed on during the reservation phase: no refund is due in case of a non-show or delay.

ORDER MANAGEMENT: once you submit your order, you will receive a voucher that you will need to print and bring along with you during your trip.

When providing travel agency services, under applicable law, Marche Wellbeing is covered by insurance n. 194180 by Alliance Global Assistant for GEOSFERA VIAGGI DI GLOBE INSIDE SRL.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 The sale of our products is addressed only to (a) consumers (as per definition in Legislative Decree n. 206/2005), that is any natural person acting for purposes other than business, commercial, craft or professional activity; (b) older than 18 years.

Marche Wellbeing has the right to refuse to process orders by customers other than the ones described in 2.1, and any request not complying to these Terms & Conditions.

Marche Wellbeing sells the following products on its website:

  • tickets for events organized by EXPIRIT SRL (option 1)
  • tickets for experiences organized by partner companies in Marche territory (option B)
  • travel packages by EXPIRIT SRL (option 3).

This service is delivered through GEOSFERA VIAGGI DI GLOBE INSIDE SRL.


3. Product information and prices

3.1 The details and information concerning our Product are available in the sections “Experiences” and “Travel packages” on In these sections you will also be able to find the Product price, in Euros and including taxes (IVA). Please make sure to confirm that all information on the website regarding the price is correct before submitting your order.

3.2 In accordance with Legislative Decree n. 633/72 art. 7-ter, IVA is charged on the invoice both to those subjects who are resident in Italy for tax purposes, and those who are not.

3.3 By submitting your order, you confirm you have fully read and understood the product description.

3.4 As specified in the “Product description” page, for Third-party Products, Marche Wellbeing acts as a search engine – collecting information about tickets and offers by providers – and as a software application, allowing the user to proceed to a reservation and to finalize a purchase, bypassing the need of visiting the provider’s website.

3.5 Upon finalizing a payment on our website, you will either receive your e-ticket from our Provider, or you will receive an email with the details of the location where you will be able to collect your paper ticket. By choosing a Product by a Third-party Provider, the order is processed by this latter directly. Marche Wellbeing waves any liability for any failed or delayed management of the reservation/payment process by the Provider.

Service by any Third-Party Provider is subject to the Terms & Conditions settled by the provider themselves, available on their website.

4. Exclusion of liability

4.1 Marche Wellbeing’s liability is limited to the sale of Products they are direct providers of (option 1 and 3). Marche Wellbeing waives any liability for Third-party Products, whose delivery is sole responsibility of the Provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you consent to excluding Marche Wellbeing from any liability related to any cost, expense, loss or responsibility you might incur into, in the face of any violation of the Terms & Conditions by a Provider other than Marche Wellbeing, and/or any event derived from a service by a Third-party Provider.

4.2 By purchasing a Product, you accept the Terms & Conditions related to it, including the Cancellation and Non-show policy, and any additional condition that might apply to your reservation and/or during your visit.

You are expected to be present on the day and time detailed on your Order Form. No refund is due in the event of no-show or delayed arrival. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please be informed that cancellation costs might apply, as per our cancellation policy. Please read the Cancellation and Non-show policy carefully before submitting and placing your order.

5. Reservation procedure

5.1 To place an order for one or more Products on, you will first need to select the Product and fill out the Online Form (to be considered as a contract proposal). The Online Form is made of a “Client Information” page, which needs to be filled with your personal information, and a second page which allows you to provide your payment details. The Online Form includes a description of the main characteristics of your chosen product, its price per unit (including taxes) and a link to the Service Terms & Conditions. In accordance with Legislative Decree n. 633/72 art. 7-ter, IVA is charged on the invoice both to those subjects who are resident in Italy for tax purposes, and those who are not.

5.2 In order to submit your details and fill the Order Form, you will need to either sign up to our website or provide your details for each single purchase (by filling out your registration/order form with your personal details). The User declares and guarantees that all the information concerning their personal data during the registration/purchase process are up to date, complete, thorough, and truthful.

5.3 By submitting your Order Form to Marche Wellbeing, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms & Conditions. A brief summary of the main Service Conditions and a link to their extended version are available on our website at any moment.

5.4 The Order Form will be stored in our database for the time needed to process your order and for as long as applicable law requires. You can refer to your personal page on the website to always have access to your Order Form.

6. Payments

6.1 To place an order for one or more before submitting your Order Form, you are required to provide your card information (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

6.2 All financial details (card number and expiration date) are sent via Stripe (payment service provider) encrypted protocol, without access by third parties. These details are only used by Marche Wellbeing for either the procedures related to your purchase, or to process refunds in case of cancellation, or to report fraud cases to police authorities.

7. Completion of the sale

An order is considered successfully submitted once Marche Wellbeing has received your Order Form and the information provided is verified and deemed correct.

The contract is completed once – following an authorized payment through our website – you receive a service voucher by Marche Wellbeing.

8. Invoicing

Payment is made directly on EXPIRIT SRL bank account, therefore EXPIRIT SRL will send you the invoice or service receipt.

9. Marche Wellbeing confirmation

9.1 Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an electronic voucher by Marche Wellbeing to access your requested service.


10. Privacy

Your personal data are processed by Marche Wellbeing with the goal of providing services. You can deny your consent to receiving newsletter and updates by Marche Wellbeing at any time. Moreover, you can give your consent to receiving marketing and market research communications by Marche Wellbeing, with the scope of conducting market analyses on your personal data.

11. Modifications

The General Terms & Conditions can be modified at any moment, following the introductions of new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms & Conditions have effect from the date of publication on We recommend you regularly visit this section of the website in order to verify if any update to the Terms & Conditions has been published, and read their most recent version.

12. Miscellaneous

In case any clause of the present Terms & Conditions is considered to be illicit, invalid, ineffective or against the law following a final decision by a competent court, all other dispositions in Terms & Conditions are still considered valid and effective.

Expirit S.r.l. reserves the right to transfer and/or assign to a third party any right arising from the contract.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, and specifically by Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 concerning distance selling and Legislative Decree n. 70/2003 concerning particular aspects of electronic sales. Any disputes, controversies and/or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or their violation or breach shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Macerata.
